Mais l&rsquo;\u00e9loignement de Pernes n\u00e9cessitait la construction d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent sur place.<\/p><p>Un terrain est alors acquis en 1928 et, la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, un emprunt de 77.700 francs au taux de 7,40 % remboursable sur 20 ans est souscrit par le Conseil Municipal aupr\u00e8s du Cr\u00e9dit Foncier pour la construction du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;inauguration en grande pompe d&rsquo;une b\u00e2tisse moderne \u00ab\u00a0Poste-T\u00e9l\u00e9graphe-Mairie\u00a0\u00bb eut lieu le 16 Novembre 1930, en pr\u00e9sence du maire de Pernes Paul Nitard et de son adjoint \u00ab\u00a0maire aux Valayans\u00a0\u00bb F\u00e9lix Pagnon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 rare en ces temps, comporte des toilettes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tage.
